Utilization of a stationary conveyor tripper and belt feeder system to feed vibrating screens eliminates maintenance-intensive belt plows, drastically reduces screen media wear, and greatly improves screening efficiency by:
1. balancing the feed to the screen bank,
2. spreading material across the screen surface, and
3. loading the screen slowly at the feed point to maximize effective screening area.
This innovative arrangement also accommodates the temporary elimination of feed to any one screen if maintenance is required.
