Truss conveyor drive head terminals are generally plate-fabricated machinery frames, designed as follows:
- Integrally-mounted primary-style belt cleaners with spring tensioners.
- Accommodates the mounting of pillow block bearings parallel to the conveyor frame top chord, improving load carrying capability of the bearing and easing maintenance.
- Head pulley nip guards are integrally mounted on terminal section and are custom applied be the pulley diameter and bearing size/type.
- Terminal section also accommodates flange-to-flange bolt-on mounting for a conveyor discharge chute, if applicable, for superior material and dust control.
Truss conveyor tail terminals are plate-fabricated sections, designed as follows:
- Utilizes pipe cross members to shed material.
- Incorporates an integral mount for Dodge HD screw take-up, where applicable.
- Screw take-up length for all conveyors to be 12” or longer, unless equipped with a vertical gravity take-up.
  - Screw take-up adjustments are cleanly made outside the guard.
- Tail proximity guard mounts in a stationary position and cleanly transitions between truss section and end of guard.
- Side plates of terminal section act as nip guards for the tail pulley.
Channel frame drive terminals incorporate vertical bearing mounting plates fabricated directly to the end of the channel frame.
Channel frame tail sections incorporate mounts for Innovative tube-in-tube style screw take-ups directly to the channel frame.
