Flashed skirtboards are generally supplied in receiving areas and along a conveyor’s length where additional material control or dust control is desired. Includes ½” or thicker rubber flashing with adjustable clamp and adjustable mounting system. Also available with reinforced sheet metal covers for dust containment. If necessary, may include dust pick-up point.
Plate-fabricated slope-sided receiving troughs are applied at loading points where extra material containment is required. Design incorporates flashed skirting along conveyor belts and adjustable mounting. Receiving troughs are designed per the Hopper/Chute Specification in the Standard Structural Steel Specification.
Plate-fabricated discharge chutes are applied at discharge points where material or dust containment is required. Discharge chutes are designed per the Hopper/Chute Specification in the Standard Structural Steel Specification. Where conveyors discharge onto screens, chutes are designed to spread material as wide as practical over the width of the screen to maximize screening efficiency.
