Lattice-style truss conveyor frames are available in 24”, 36”, 48” and 60” standard depths, with custom depths available upon request.
- Truss depth is applied based upon span and cantilever requirements for the physical orientation of the conveyor.
- Truss frames are generally used on conveyors requiring catwalks to be hung from them.
- The majority of truss frames are shop-manufactured as all- welded in 40’, 20’ or 10’ sections, as well as custom lengths based upon the application.
Channel construction conveyor frames available in 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” depths.
- These frames are usually applied in areas where a conveyor or roller belt feeder is accessible from grade or independently mounted platform, as well as in locations where clean-up clearance maximization is an issue.
- Frame depths are applied based upon loading and support conditions.
- Shop-manufactured in 10’, 20’ and 30’ sections, as well as custom lengths based upon the application.
Other custom frame designs will be considered upon customer request.
