24” wide catwalk is generally supplied on one side of the conveyor for all conveyors that extend above grade beyond the point of maintenance and access from grade or closest access platform, or where there is no platform access at the head and/or tail section for maintenance.
Standard catwalk is of galvanized grip strut construction, with pipe handrails and uprights mounted to stringers that bolt to both bottom chord angles of a lattice truss frame.
Catwalks normally mount via adjustable j-bolt arrangement to accommodate ample adjustability.
Wider catwalk is applied along drive locations when required to accommodate adequate passage clearance and maintenance access. We strive to make all drives readily accessible for maintenance and adjustment.
