  • Conveyor belting is applied in general such that maximum tension does not exceed 80% rated capacity of the belt.
  • Minimum belt specification is 2-ply 220 piw tier II conveyor belting with 1/8” minimum top cover and 1/16” minimum bottom cover, unless otherwise specified.
  • Minimum of 3-ply 330 piw Tier II conveyor belting with 3/16” top cover and 1/16” bottom cover supplied for all conveyors carrying material over 4”.
  • Minimum of 4-ply 440 piw tier II conveyor belting with minimum ¼” top cover and 1/16” bottom cover supplied for all conveyors carrying material over 8”.
  • Unless otherwise specified, conveyor belting is to be spliced via vulcanized belt splice.
