Our Process

WHAT DO we do?

INNOVATIVE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS serves a large variety of industries. As such we see and work with many materials, processes and types of equipment. While this often presents us with new challenges it also allows us to bring new ideas to other industries.

Our typical projects involve the following processes and types of equipment.

  • Load out and material receiving. This can be a feed hopper with an apron feeder, belt feeder, vibratory or screw feeder.
  • Bulk material transportation. We can design, build or procure belt conveyors, stackers, apron conveyors, screw conveyors, and pneumatic handling conveyors.
  • Crushing. Crushing is the basic building block for our company. Working with STEDMAN Machine’s large range of crushing equipment allows us to offer solutions to many customers. We also have access to other sources of crushing equipment through our relationships with other manufacturers.
  • Bulk material storage. We can specify, provide and install a range of silos, hoppers or other bulk storage solutions.
  • Screening. We work with many screening vendors to include the right screening solution into any of our systems.
  • Dust Collection. Including the proper dust collector and dust collection system is a key component of making a crushing system working properly. We work with many dust collection vendors to provide a properly sized, connected and installed dust collection system.
  • Controls and Electrical Components. To make sure that all components in a system work together, we work with control system engineers, panel builders and electrical contractors to create a working integrated system.
  • Buildings, Foundations and Structure. INNOVATIVE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS can provide and help with the design, procurement and specifications for buildings, foundations and structures for the equipment supplied on any system.

HOW DO we do it?

There is no single method to provide custom systems to fit all applications. Every customer has a different set of circumstances that are unique to his project.

We at INNOVATIVE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS, try to follow a simple method to ensure that we are able to provide customers with the best possible solution to their problems.

  • Initial sales contact.
  • Crusher Testing as required is conducted.
  • We work with customer and vendors as necessary to define required scope for the system.
  • We create preliminary concepts and drawings.
  • These concepts are reviewed with customer.
  • After receiving feedback from the customer we fine tune the drawings, concepts and put forth a detailed proposal.
  • Set up kick off meetings as required.
  • Proceed with purchase of major components.
  • Proceed with a detailed system arrangement.
  • Detail major assemblies.
  • Assemblies put out for detail drawing creation.
  • Drawings are self checked and then cross checked for accuracy.
  • Assemblies are re-entered into system layout from detail assemblies to verify fit.
  • Approval drawings sent out as required.
  • Vendor drawings checked and approved.
  • Items checked as they are received.
  • Engineers work with vendors and shipping to verify shipment accuracy.
  • Pictures are taken of all shipments (as possible) for record purposes.
  • Installation supervisor works with install crew to identify, locate and erect items as needed.
  • As installation finish date nears, begin check out of motor rotations, sensors etc.
