Corporate Information

INNOVATIVE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS was created in 2002 to design, build and install bulk handling and crushing systems in conjunction with the Stedman Machine Company.

Stedman Foundry and Machine Company was established in 1834 in Rising Sun, Indiana by Nathan Stedman. For over 175 years, Stedman has supplied crushing equipment. Systems design and supply was always a part of its mission. In order to streamline and promote this service, Innovative Processing Solutions was set up as a separate entity.

Whether you need a single conveyor, screen or other piece of equipment...an upgrade to an existing system...or a custom designed system for your new facility, Innovative Processing Solutions has you covered. From system layout and specification development, to complete manufacturing design and installation supervision, we can help you with your project.

INNOVATIVE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS maintains a full staff of engineers and technical personnel who spend their time on systems design, project management, procurement and inspection. We use the latest CAD and computer software to address our customer’s bulk handling needs.

INNOVATIVE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS has a complete fabrication facility in Aurora, Indiana. The facility is 24,000 sq. feet and has the ability to work with plate stock as thick as 2” and handle large fabrications up to 50 tons. There are 3 AWS qualified weld inspectors on staff to assure weld quality.

Installation crews and supervisors are available for system erection, installation and commissioning. All our personnel are MSHA trained and have many years of experience.
