Innovative Processing Solutions (a division of Stedman Machine Company) designs, manufactures and installs custom material handling and crushing systems.  For more information about our company, please visit www.innovative-processing.com and/or their affiliated company, Stedman Machine Company at www.stedman-machine.com.  A mid-sized company in a rural southern Indiana location, only 15 miles from Cincinnati,  we are currently seeking a System Design Engineer.  This is a high energy position that requires good decision making, problem and design solving skills, and a thorough knowledge of engineering disciplines affecting equipment. 

The ideal candidates will have:

·     BSME or BS Civil Engineering

·     Formal computer-aided design training;  AutoCAD preferred.

·     Minimum of 5 years of related work history

Our desire is to have a person that is proficient with AutoCAD, has general knowledge of Windows, Aggflow, and CEMA standards.  Candidate must have the ability to interact with others as a “team player”, have a mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and understand flow, layout, general arrangement and detail drawings.
